How We Work
In depth discussions are our core way of working in all cases. We do not rely solely on the results of tests nor do we instruct on career choice. At every stage we take an active part in facilitating a process that enables you to reach the best solution – one that will last and make you happy at work.
In a series of Individual meetings with one of the consultants, you are invited to explore the nature of the dilemma that brought you to us and what meaning it has in your life. Sharing these thoughts with an experienced professional can begin a creative process whereby an individual can revisit and re-evaluate past decisions. Further, it becomes possible to take stock of the present and maximise the possibility of making well-founded decisions about the future.
When appropriate, arrangements can be made for access to a careers library and use of one or more of the occupational/career services that would be most appropriate to your specific needs.
Appointments
Once we have received your letter, an appointment will be arranged with one of the consultants, (usually within two weeks). The first interview lasts for one and a half hours and includes a discussion about the number and frequency of subsequent appointments. These last for one hour and are at weekly intervals if possible. The total number of interviews tends to be between two and six, as agreed between you and your consultant.
